“As I became more aware of the hidden risks in everyday products, my concern grew. Too many items we use daily are filled with chemicals and unknown ingredients that impact our health in ways we’re only beginning to understand. I knew there had to be a better way—one that truly supports wellness without compromise.

Understanding that our skin is a sensitive, absorbing organ made me even more determined to ensure that whatever I put on my skin—and my family’s skin—was of the highest quality. I wanted products free of synthetic ingredients and harmful chemicals, because what we use on our bodies matters deeply to our overall health.

I was honored to be named after my grandmother, Victoria, a woman who taught me the art of healing through nature with love and care. She showed me the power of plants, herbs, and wholesome foods to support health, instilling in me a deep respect for simple, natural solutions. Just three days after I gave birth to my firstborn daughter, my heart felt a profound loss when my sweet abuelita passed. Her wisdom, though, lives on in my life and in the values I hold dear.

Inspired by her legacy, I named this company Sonrisas, meaning “Smiles,” with “Risas” for “Laughs” woven within. To me, this name embodies the joy and warmth I hope to share through every product. It’s scientifically proven that laughter helps us live longer, and I believe that through small acts of care and connection, we can bring more smiles and joy into our lives.
